Just as YHW supports organizational leaders, Your Happy Workplace is a space where ALL humans belong and are celebrated and respected, no matter their skin color, gender, or sexual orientation.

Your Happy Workplace stands for equity, justice, belonging, and fairness. 

YHW knows that women, Black, indigenous, and non-Black people of color, LGBTQ+ humans, people with disabilities, and other frequently marginalized and historically excluded members of society are valuable and deserve fair and equitable treatment and opportunities.

To be clear, Your Happy Workplace does not tolerate racism, sexism, or discrimination on any level.

Any collaborations that do not align with the code of ethics are subject to revision and immediate termination.
