Picture it, Spring 2020…
The world was just being turned upside down by the beginnings of the COVID-19 pandemic. And so were our workplaces.
I was quarantined in my house wanting to help all of the organizations out there who were being overwhelmed by lightning fast changes but also wishing they could strengthen their work cultures.
Some businesses were experiencing forced downtime.
I thought: what better time to work on improving company culture with the team?
And so the first iteration of Work Culture 101 was born, originally called “7 Days to Your Happy Workplace.”
It launched to crickets.
The content was good, but the timing was off.
Fast forward one year later, and I was inspired to bring this course back to life to help leaders create more inspiring workplaces.
I taught the class for free for a limited time, now called “Work Culture 101", in my Instagram stories (minus the workbook)- all while tweaking the content and taking the class myself.
