a dramatic and wide-reaching change in the way something works or is organized or in people's ideas about it.

The start of a new year is a popular time for setting goals and deciding what changes you will make in the year to come.

A reSolution is the decision to do or not do something, but I think what the work culture needs in this country is a REVOLUTION!

Have you made a list of what you would like to see happen in your business this year?

Does it include things like:

·      Increasing revenue

·      Lowering employee turnover

·      Improving customer experience

·      Inspiring the team to be more productive

·      Doing a happy dance at work regularly (if you do this already, please send video!)

These things are all related to company culture and working on them can have a BIG impact in how you do business in the coming year.

Maybe every year these things are on your business “to-do” list, but they keep getting pushed aside because let’s face it, running a business can be overwhelming, especially if you don’t have someone to manage your team or if that person is busy with compliance, payroll, and paperwork.

Or maybe you want to make these things happen, but you don’t have a clue where to start and just wish someone could help with getting you there.

The start of it all will be to say “no” to the old ways of thinking and doing business and welcoming a work culture revolution.

Working 9-5 five days a week? We’ve been doing it since the 1800’s (um HELLO? Toilet paper has had more changes in that time!), but is working a rigid, 40-hour work schedule necessary for your business TODAY?
