Wanna Be the Office Hero? Sample "Convince My Boss" Email
Wish YOUR workplace had more happy, but not sure if there is anything YOU can do about it?
Want to ask your boss to bring Your Happy Workplace to your office but you’re not sure what to say? Don’t worry. I got you.
If you LOVE your job but feel like the work culture could use some tweaking, I know someone who could help you with that (hint: it’s me).
I’ve created this sample letter/email/script that will make it easier for you to have a conversation with your boss about improving your work culture. Simply copy and paste, then email your boss with a catchy subject line like “Let’s get happy!” or “How We Can Increase Production in 2020” and you are that much closer to improving the work culture for everyone!
Sample Email:
Hello (BOSS NAME),
You might have heard me mention this before, but I would love to be involved in the evolution of our work culture and part of the solution to making it better.
Our work culture is good, but there is always room for improvement! Designing our workplace to be somewhere that inspires our team will keep our turnover (therefor our costs) low, increase productivity, and make our customers and team happier.
This takes planning and effort, but we are so busy being experts in our field and servicing customers. So what can we do? We can outsource help, and I have the perfect person in mind!
Wendy Conrad, founder of Your Happy Workplace, is a great resource that can help us to set up our workplace for success. She has an amazing one-month program and when we are done working together, we will have a custom action plan based on ten categories (including Communication, Hiring/Onboarding, and Workplace Wellness). This plan will help us step up the work culture, increase production, and help make (COMPANY NAME) even more awesome!
Wouldn’t it be great if we had new and exciting ways to inspire the team to not only be more productive, but to produce BETTER work?
It will be an investment of our time and money, but it will pay off in the long run and is a valuable opportunity for our business. I really think it makes sense and I would love it if we could work with Wendy.
You can learn more by visiting Wendy’s “Work with Me” page on her website at www.YourHappyWorkplace.com or she would be happy to schedule a free 30 minute consult call with us to answer all of our questions.
Wendy currently has special pricing for the one-month program, but that won’t last forever so we should get in touch with her soon!
Thank you for your time and I hope we can chat about this more.
Sincerely,
YOU, the new office hero
